Sant Francesc Hotel Singular

LikedWe had a wonderful stay at Sant Francesc Hotel Singular. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located in the heart of Palma, within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants, cafés, and main attractions. Our room was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, welcoming, and always happy to help. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and very good quality, and the service at breakfast was just as impressive. We also really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel — it feels luxurious and peaceful while still being right in the middle of the city. Everything about our stay was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again when returning to Palma. Highly recommended!

DislikedNothing at all. We had a fantastic experience and everything met or exceeded our expectations.

DislikedNothing negative

LikedWe absolutely loved our stay here, such a stunning property. The rooftop patio has spectacular views of the city, we sat and enjoyed some drinks there in the late afternoon. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating to our baby. Location is 10/10, there’s just so many streets to explore. We love Palma. The hotel breakfast was great but we ended up going to Plumo just around the corner every morning as their coffee and breakfast items were so good! Will definitely be back here again.

DislikedThe only small complaint is that the gym is very small but it was always empty when I was there so wasn’t an issue.

LikedBeautifully restored old building, in a great walking location with the finest amenities and service.

LikedThe location is exceptional. The service is great. I had a lot of helpful communication with the hotel prior to arrival. The beds are very comfortable. The roof bar is an absolute pleasure, although it does get a bit crowded in peak times. The breakfasts were great.
