LikedEverything you could wish for and more! The staff were delightful and helpful and made our stay very special. All the facilities were exceptional.

LikedIt’s just such a perfect location for us as we have a yacht in Puerta Portals. We don’t get to stay at the hotel for that reason but if we are having maintenance done we make the most of it. Our family stays at the Hotel regularly and they love it!
DislikedThe only tiny complaint I have is that the snacks in the mini bar are not replenished daily. Even after the waiter came to my room and saw what was missing he didn’t come back to replace them. As my granddaughter was staying that was particularly important! They were not replenished for the whole stay. This happened last time too. We didn’t have any of the drinks but the children like the snacks

LikedThe whole experience was excellent and there is very little to add to the above answers. Just one thing - we were waiting to check on the hotel terrace when we noticed new construction work being carried out next door to the hotel. The staff tried to place us in that part of the hotel nearest to the works and we refused. The staff were excellent with their response and placed us on the other side of the hotel.
