LikedThis was a perfect experience. Right from the start and through to the end, the staff at the hotel went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We were traveling with our newborn baby for the first time, and they even had a sterilizer for baby bottles! I highly recommend staying at this place if you want to have a luxurious experience

DislikedThe pools general were small and overrun, difficult to find space. Had to pay to use other pools There is no adults only pool which you don’t pay for Even though it said no toys balls in pool it was full of them The children ran amok in the pools even in the private LPM pool and didn’t listen to staff - parents didn’t care. Dangerous behaviour by the kids - felt sorry for the staff who kept telling them not to. Should have some sort of action as it disrupted so many other guests - should be removed from the pool
