LikedI really liked the hotel. It was beautiful, comfortable, and the location was perfect.
DislikedUnfortunately, I had an issue with the concierge. He booked a massage for me, so I planned my day around it, but a few hours later he told me there had been a mistake with the booking. I then had to rearrange my plans, which was quite frustrating and disappointing.
LikedThis property is amazing! Very palace-like and ornate but yet comfortable. The pool was incredible- if weather is nice, must make time for the pool. The spa was small but we enjoyed a nice massage.

DislikedWe had 2 rooms and when we received the rooms ready call we did not get back to the hotel until just before 5 PM only to find out 1 room was still not ready!! The staff made up for that by offering us some drinks while we waited for the second room to be ready and accommodated our request for a 1 hour later check out.
Liked- One of the most visually gorgeous hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Visually pristine and stunning. Make sure to take the hotel tour. - Staff was exceptional: friendly, accommodating and catering to every need. - Rooms are comfortable and Byredo products are a very nice touch. - Bar Americano was a nice place to wind down with a cocktail after a long day of sightseeing.
Disliked- Our own issue, but the first night was so incredibly hot because I couldn’t figure out the heating system. - Chromecast or streaming services didn’t work on the TVs, were left to either watch the news or else my laptop.
