LikedAll of the staff we met in the hotel was wonderful.
DislikedZero communication with management. claim to be a luxury hotel with 11 rooms. If something happens and you need to get in touch with the manager there is no one on property for three days. They won’t even contact you with a simple phone call, text message or email. The management left me a very bad taste. Because of that I did not give the hotel a 10. And that’s unfortunate because the staff was wonderful. Management set very bad example. Because of what happened, We will not return to this property or any other property.
LikedExcellent rooms and service. Pablo, the concierge, helped us navigate the city from arranging transportation to reservations for dinner and activities. Beautiful hotel!
