LikedUpon arrival we were offered room upgrade, which we greatly accepted. The check-in process was very helpful and informative, giving great recommendations on restaurants as well as our planned activities.
LikedWe had an amazing stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel facilities were excellent, everything was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness was impressive throughout our stay. The highlight was the wonderful staff. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, and we would especially like to thank both Pablos and Rayes for their exceptional kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. They made us feel truly welcome and helped make our visit to Seville even more memorable. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville and can't wait to come back. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

LikedFabulous location and continuous complimentary amenities in the lobby. The pool roof terrace was marvelous in the high heat afternoons! Absolutely will book again.

Liked- Great location, everything was within easy reach and it made exploring Seville very convenient. - The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. - The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
Disliked- The only downside was the room size, which was very small. If the rooms were a bit bigger, I would have considered it excellent value for money. Apart from that, I was very happy with the hotel, its facilities, and the staff.
