LikedAn unforgettable stay — we can’t recommend it enough! My husband and I stayed at Hotel Cerro in Zermatt, Switzerland, and had an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home — everyone was kind, warm, and welcoming, always with a smile on their face. The hospitality here is truly exceptional. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, well organized, and beautifully designed. Room service was outstanding as well. The hotel is also perfectly located, surrounded by a great variety of restaurants and menu options. Breakfast was amazing, and the waiters were extremely attentive and helpful. The concierge deserves a special mention too — always ready with great suggestions on what to do during the day. We also loved the spa: a gorgeous space with incredible saunas that are the perfect size and were never crowded. In short, this is a hotel we wholeheartedly recommend. We can’t wait to come back!
