LikedAmazing staff and facilities! We had the hotel transfer and they were ready to pick us up from the train station. Friendly and warm staff. The wellness facilities were amazing! Absolutely loved it.

LikedI love the room , the service and the view. Perfect!!! Their gym is also well equipped. Their breakfast is good spread too. The best hotel breakfast I had in Switzerland. I don’t mind coming to stay here again the next time I visit Zermatt. ❤️

LikedThis was a beautiful hotel with an amazing view of the Matterhorn both from my room and from the terrace. Restaurant Food was excellent as was breakfast which included champagne. Best breakfast in my 5 weeks of travelling. Very friendly and attentive staff. Perfect location for exploring this area. Loved my stay and would highly recommend.

LikedThe beautifully and recently rebuilt hotel is absolutely superb, one of the very best we have ever stayed in, especially considering the views of the Matterhorn. We enjoyed a really nice meal in the Ad Lib restaurant - excellent food and very nice local wines. Also very nice breakfasts with a good selection of hot and cold food. The facilities at the hotel are excellent, especially a very well equiped gym, and a nice pool with views up to the Matterhorn. Our room was perfect with well thought design, timber floors and very nice bathroom with a large really good shower as well as a bath. The balcony had comfortable seating and a full view of the Matterhorn, also from sitting in bed. The location is a few minutes easy walk from the Zermatt train station. The staff at the family-owned hotel are very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly.
