LikedIn my opinion, this is the best hotel in Zermatt. The service is very friendly and well organized. The reception staff is very attentive. The hotel manager even arranged for me to leave one day earlier without losing any money. The breakfasts are wonderful. Special praise to Monika from the reception.

DislikedFriends booked the smaller hotel - petite cervin. I think the rooms should be labelled main hotel and separate hotel to avoid any confusion.

LikedI have been many times in this hotel. And also this time, for example: The breakfast and the food in the restaurant in the evening were very good. The staff was friendly. Because of these and many other reasons I think this is an excellent hotel.
