LikedGreat location
DislikedStaff were rather stiff and not very warm. Restaurant staff were fine. Bags took forever to get up to room. Transport company was terrible. Charged extra for waiting more then the designated time at airport despite knowing well that it takes more then 45mins to disembark plane and get through their very inefficient airport.
“Great”
LikedEverything was excellent the location, the value, the cleanliness, and especially the staff. The reception and concierge teams make you feel like family. The rooms are very clean, and the room-service food is great In short, the staff are very well trained and everyone does their job with real perfection
