Kizikula - Boutique Hotel

LikedWow what an amazing hotel!!! I was going back and forth on booking this hotel initially however it was the best decision ever. The photos don’t do this place justice. If you are looking for somewhere secluded, stylish, great service and yummy food then this is your spot. The staff really look out for the guests with extra little touches. The rooms are beautiful and so many to choose from. We stayed in both an upstairs and downstairs room. Note you can’t hear anyone upstairs. We loved this spot and would love to visit again.

DislikedThe massages are very pricey. Sadly we didn’t have one due to the cost.

LikedEverything. The food was DELICIOUS, the staff was super nice and helpful, the bedroom was big and comfortable, the pool area was very very nice

DislikedWe were expecting more group yoga classes, as we didn’t have the chance to participate in any!

LikedWe stayed here with my mother and it exceeded our expectations in every way. What stood out most was the staff — genuinely amazing from start to finish. Guest relations, especially Nema and Enouk, made us feel so welcome and looked after throughout our stay, and all other staff were equally wonderful — our room was always beautifully prepared again each evening. What we loved most was the concept of the place itself: it never felt overcrowded, and there's a real sense of peace and privacy. It almost felt like we had the whole place to ourselves — a rare kind of vacation experience.

DislikedThe food was good, especially compared to other places we've stayed, though the à la carte options stayed the same throughout — a bit more variety would have been the only thing to improve.

LikedWow! We had a perfect 4-night stay in Kizikula. The room - and whole property - was absolutely gorgeous. We ate all our meals at the on-site restaurant, with it's daily specials and fresh seafood it was consistently delicious. We would love to return one day!

Likedאולי אחד המלונות הכי טובים שהיינו בו אי פעם. מה שהופך אותו לכזה מיוחד הוא הירידה לפרטים, בכל תחום- החדרים, הניקיון, השירות, הפעילויות שהמלון מציע, האסתטיות, האוכל. היינו בשני חדרים שונים במהלך השהות- שניהם היו מושלמים בדרכם. מעבר לניקיון החדר בכל בוקר, לקראת הערב מכינים את החדר לשינה- מגיפים תריסים ומדליקים אורות קטנים. הכל אקולוגי ומתחשב בסביבה עד לפרטים הכי קטנים שיש. יש המון פינות רביצה נוחות להפליא. הבריכה מדהימה. הם מגדלים ירקות ותבלינים וחיות משק. הצוות אדיב בצורה יוצאת דופן, כזו שמתעניינת באמת ולא מרגישה צבועה או מציקה. במיוחד אציין את ג׳וספאטי ואנוק, אבל גם את שרה ונאמה. גם מנהלי המקום מקסימים ואנשים סופר מיוחדים ונעימים. הרגשנו שהמלון עושה מעל ומעבר כדי שהחופשה שלנו תהיה הכי רגועה, הכי מפנקת, הכי מיוחדת. יש התחשבויות במלון גם לרגישויות/אלרגנים מבחינה תזונתית, מה שלא הרגשנו בשום מקום אחר באי.

Dislikedההערות היחידות שיכולות להינתן (והן כל כך שוליות ביחס לכל השאר) הן הצורך ביותר תאורה בלילה בשבילים שמובילים לחדרים, וגם עניין המפתחות- ההחזרה והקבלה שלהם פעמיים ביום יוצרות בלבול, ולא פעם קרה שהגענו עד לחדר ונזכרנו שלא החזירו לנו את המפתח.

LikedFrom the moment I arrived, I was mesmerized by the stunning views that took my breath away ✨. The interior design was absolutely gorgeous, with every detail curated so thoughtfully and beautifully. The staff are thoughtful, and the cozy, romantic atmosphere 💕. Sun lit outdoor bathtub, beautiful and romantic.

DislikedTo be honest nothing much, it was a little hard to walk sometimes but I need to get better beach shoes and they kindly provide beach shoes by the cave

LikedStunning remote location in one of the most peaceful corners of the island, with original and interesting architecure and design touches throughout. We enjoyed the simple but tasty Swahili food and really appreciated the exceptionally kind and warm-hearted staff. The natural pool was also lovely, especially after the water had been changed.

DislikedSome of the facilities - pool chairs, etc. - are quite worn and should be replaced. Mattress and bedding could have been better quality as well.

LikedBreakfast was the best that we had in Zanzibar! Exceptional and delicious. Same for any other meal of the day. The staff is so kind and friendly (Thank you Salim, Enok and Rafael!), location is really nice, in front of a beautiful ocean view with many nice seating places, there's a small beach you can walk to (15 min walking) where you can take a boat trip, visit Salam Cave etc. But the hotel itself is isolated, peaceful and calm, for us it was perfect.
