LikedEverything was amazing. It has been a bucket list dream of mine to stay at a Banyan Tree and be spoiled. The property had everything, it made it difficult to leave and explore the island because all we wanted to do was enjoy this hotel. We even took the hotel boat out on Xmas day for an excursion. Food, staff, buffet, breakfast, room, everything A+.

The staff are professional, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing, and the overall management shows strong attention to detail. The property blends naturally into its surroundings, with mature trees, abundant birdlife, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The protected bay is ideal for snorkeling and kayaking, with clear water and plenty of reef fish close to shore, making it easy to enjoy the natural side of Koh Samui in a quiet, private setting.

LikedI absolutely loved this hotel. The location is stunning, set on a beautiful bay with breathtaking views. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and extremely comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully designed, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and luxurious. The staff truly make the difference incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful at all times. The level of hospitality was outstanding and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

LikedAmazing place thanks a lot for Take who was handling us. Amazing Hotle which Have Halal Food made our stay amazing and Room service were excellent. Great escape location and amazing for happy moon. Also the Hotle family friendly yes we will go back in. The future with our kids
DislikedLizard was issue in the 2nd villa when we extended our place the hotel team were so supportive and super helpful still amazing I suggest to select well being villa was super amazing.
