LikedThe hotel was absolutely amazing. Everything was very clean, peaceful, and beautifully designed. The room was stunning, very comfortable, and the whole atmosphere felt truly special. The service was excellent from everyone, and a special thank you to Maithai for being so kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel very welcome and added a personal touch to our experience.

LikedTheir customer service is amazing. I was catered to in every way. They went above and beyond. It is worth every penny. The villa is spacious, clean, and beautiful. We all have our own private pool with a view. The breakfasts were delicious. We also got to have lunch and dinner at their restaurant, which is equally as good.

LikedThe infrastructure, the detail to attention, the staff were extraordinary and exceptionally friendly. Chyna and Kwang in the restaurant were top notch. We don’t remember the names of the other staff; they were so kind and friendly. The staff by far made this place magical and memorable.

LikedWe had a wonderful time at Keemala. The jungle setting was unique—quiet and truly breathtaking. The staff were warm, friendly, and made our stay even more special, and the spa experience was exceptional!
DislikedWhile the restaurant offers a wide selection of international cuisine, the dining experience didn’t fully meet expectations, and I experienced some bloating after meals
“Keemala is a paradise!”
LikedEverything here is perfect. The resort is in a jungle setting, with fish, butterflies and birds. The Tree House villa we stayed in was perfect, with a floor for us and a floor for the kids. Everything was taken care of - from water and snacks to the pool and the restaurant. A perfect stay.
DislikedThe villa pool is in constant shade. While it's perfect for us (no sun burns), it means the water temprature is always a bit too cold, which practically meant we spent our time in the (perfect) public pool, but never used our villa pool. It would be great if the villa pool had an option for heating.

LikedThis hotel is absolutely magical. Our room was gorgeous, the staff is super friendly and attentive, the pool is beautiful, delicious food, relaxing spa services - just an absolute magical stay!
DislikedThis was our most expensive stay so it is pricy but you also get what you pay for and I do think it’s worth it.
