LikedAlways an amazing stay at this hotel! I'll always come back. I love the views from the room and that you nearly have a private beach to yourself. It's one of the best locations in Phuket. The staff is great, food is incredible, and prices are very reasonable.

LikedStunning property with spectacular views from the rooms. The bedrooms are large and spacious, and the terrace is a beautiful place to unwind. The beach is gorgeous, with calm, clear water and gentle waves perfect for relaxing and swimming.

“Impecable authentic Thai luxury service and class”
LikedAmazing hotel. Great experience from the moment we set foot inside. Lovely charm authentic Thai luxury feel. The hotel is set on a beautiful beach with amazing views. The sunset from the Reflections rooftop bar is amazing. One evening they had live music which added even more to the atmosphere.
DislikedWe used the laundry service and some of our clothes were returned with stains that were previously not there. The hotel uses a 3rd party service for laundry. However, the hotel staff and the manager Vanathaset Thongwichien and staff went out of their way to fix this. They waved the entire laundry bill and sent them for recleaning. Since we were moving to another hotel they sent their staff once the clothes were cleaned to greet us at that hotel personally. The clothes were spotless in the end. Things can always go wrong but how they handled it was impecable, very professional and respectable.
