LikedThis is my second time staying at the hotel and it won't be the last. Everything in the hotel is beautiful, and the reception staff and concierge service are exceptionally well-behaved.
“Fab”
LikedGuest agents are fabulous, concierge as well. Facilities are amazing (pool, message, relaxing area, lobby, restaurants). And we got a room upgrade.
DislikedOnly issue is the lounge; they don’t prioritize hotel guests in seatings and if you don’t order shisha you’re not allowed to set in sea front seats.

LikedThe location on the Bosphorus and the spacious room with the small terrace to sit outside on were wonderful. The breakfast was also excellent.
DislikedCheck in took a long time. The deposit amount seemed excessive. The volume of the music in the bar at night was too loud. It was not possible to enjoy a relaxing drink.
LikedYour hotel deserves more than 5-stars. Sure my next visit to Istanbul will start with Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus. Thank you for your great hospitality.

LikedReally was wonderful hotel, The staff are all friendly, credible and helpful, they help you for what you need and you want, easy and quick registration and check-out, the hotel is clean, the rooms is clean and also nice, amazing view on bosphorus , the cleaning service is daily, and the room has coffee and tea supplies, the hotel location close to all, it was Comfortable stay, sure i will reservation again when i come back to istanbul ..
