“Amazing experience”
LikedLocation is just perfect. Access to Dubai Mall, The Top of Burj Khalifa and the fountain is worth it.
DislikedIt is not that I do not like the room price...because it is worth what you pay for.

LikedIt had access to the Dubai Mall and residents could easily access the Atmosphere.

LikedEverything is just on another level, feels like you came to another planet where everything is just how it should be. Ive never experienced that level of staff service. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Big thanks to the door man Yagea, who took care of my suitcases once I’ve checked out, great attitude and care. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

LikedIt was luxurious. Location is great. Super clean rooms and facilities. Great food! Check in team upgraded our room for free! Staff is so friendly. At the breakfast buffet, there was a waiter, his name is Taher from Pakistan, he was amazing and so friendly and helpful. We were late to the breakfast, and I burnt a croissant while heating it wrongly, I was so embarrassed, but he handled the situation so nicely and professionally. Although we were late, he also took our order for eggs and made fresh pastries and bread for us. Armani team members also make you feel like you are a VIP.
DislikedThe check in took a long time and we were tired. Mostly, we don’t see employees at the chocolate shop in the lobby, and we wanted to buy the on a number of times.
