DislikedUnfortunately, our stay coincided with the closure of the waterpark, in addition to renovation and refurbishment works taking place across several areas of the resort, not only at Mina Al Salam. Guests were also not allowed to use the pools and beaches of the neighboring hotels within the resort, even though the ability to move between and enjoy the facilities of the different hotels had always been one of the key advantages of staying at Madinat Jumeirah during our previous visits. Another point worth mentioning is that the beach food and beverage service starts being removed at around 5:30 PM, even though the beach remains open until 7:00 PM. I believe this is something that should be reconsidered. We also noticed cigarette smoke odors coming into the bathroom of Room 111. I am not sure whether this was related to the room being designated as a smoking room or whether there was an issue with the ventilation system, but the smell was noticeable and affected our comfort in the room.

Likedthe breakfast was great, Varity of options to choose from, the Room was spacious, renovated and the best was super comfy.

Dislikedcommuting between the Jumeirah hotels and facilities i.e. going to restaurants within Jumeirah hotels was a bit out of order, i saying that especially it is a hot summer. buggy cars are not available at the main door and needed to walk in the heat to get one.

LikedGreat location with very nice beach, mohan the manager and imran was very helpful and nice , all the staff was very friendly and helpful, when you travel you want to stay in place with good energy and great people to make your stay more pleasant .

DislikedPool staff were a real disappointment. Inconsistent rules, unable to leave 8 and 10 year olds alone which was a big disappointment considering they strong swimmers, applied in pool and sea. Very much tainted the experience as we could not relax even when there were significant lifeguards. Seemed mostly interested in not getting sewed. Ruined what could of been best staycation in 15years.

LikedMy wife and I just stayed at this wonderful hotel, and we couldn’t be happier. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so hospitable and made us feel completely welcome. The service was outstanding, and every interaction felt personal. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and our room was so comfortable. Plus, the location was fantastic—just steps away from so many great restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

LikedThe property is perfect. We loved our ocean view and the spaciousness of the room and bathroom. Staff was very accommodating and beyond helpful when my adult daughter had the flu. Each hotel offers something slightly different as far as kids, no kids etc. The food is amazing. And the Buggy service is a great way to get to anywhere on the property. We enjoyed the spa services and celebrating my birthday!

DislikedWe loved the afternoon tea and the pianist. There are tennis courts and various pools to choose from. They have wild Peacocks walking about. All types of cuisine are offered at the various restaurants. You never have to leave the premises. There is a mall right next store. All hot spots to tour are easily accessible by car. Again, staff were amazing!
