LikedWhen we booked through booking .com, we received an email informing us of scaffolding outside our room. I got in touch with the hotel asking if all the rooms would be affected , and they said it was just the wing where we were going to be staying, so I asked if we could be moved and they said they would look into it. When we arrived we were very pleased and surprised that we had been given the Master Suite. We were shown around the hotel and guided to our suite, which was wonderful. We had breakfast every morning in the restaurant with white crisp tablecloths and fresh flowers and were served by attentive staff.
