Dislikednothing, except i would include the service charge in the hotel price ( no need to charge extra ) incentivize team to deliver excellence regardless
LikedI loved the stylish design, the spacious rooms, the fully equipped gym, the little gifts, and the perfect location.
DislikedA coffee machine was missing in the room. It’s difficult to shower without a handheld shower head if you don’t want to get your hair wet. Charging half the room rate for a checkout just three hours after the scheduled time feels excessive.
LikedThe staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in every room. Rooms were beautiful and spacious. Breakfast was great . We loved everything about this property!!
LikedIt was the touches of hospitality that wowed us. The extra bed was made for our 3 year old daughter and they left a children's book for bed time stories. In the bath room next to our bath robes was a smaller bath robe and slippers just her size. She felt very special wearing this.
DislikedWe just wished we'd booked a longer stay to enjoy it more.
