LikedThe provided room (#404) was excellent and the staff we met were very friendly and professional. We definitely will go back to this hotel, although we used this hotel many times before.
DislikedBecause of the construction the main entrance was not so visible.
Likednew rooms are fantastic- very spacious but still in the 'Ritz style with some nice modern touches

LikedService was phenomenal. Everyone from the Bell Hop, Front Desk, Concierge were perfect. Asking about the stay, helping with things to do and see in the city.

LikedThe Ritz is an experience in itself, amazing staff, everything is very very very formal. The bedroom was gigantic and very clean. Great location.
DislikedI didn't like the silence in the breakfast room (not even a bit of music, nothing). They will check your shoes (no matter how expensive your sneakers can be, you will constantly feel out of place) and the staff may make you feel underdressed, which to be honest was a bit annoying but I guess is part of the package when staying at this iconic hotel. No gym available.
LikedGuest-oriented customer service. They always acknowledge you and offer to help with anything, as well as ask you if there’s anything you need. Beautiful hotel rooms. Daily breakfasts are wonderful.
LikedWe made reservations for the afternoon tea and it was great. The nightly turndown service was excellent as well.
