DislikedRoom was a bit noisy, and I wish the GYM was 24/7 or open earlier inbthe morning and close later at night.

Likedvery big room. the bathroom is almost the size of the room. To reach the room you must use the elevator and then the stairs but they help with the luggages. Staff was friendly. A very good spot for relaxation.

LikedAMAZING! Place is beautifully situated in the hills, it’s surrounded by trees and just amazing scenery. The interior is decorated fantastically-in a way that is luxurious but also made us feel comfortable (like it wasn’t stuffy or stuck up). Staff were all amazingly friendly, the food was superb! The bar drinks were great also! Really took us back in time.

Disliked1. Customers should be notified of the current renovation of the property. 2. The above situation will have an impact on people that have mobility or serious health issues as getting to some of the rooms will involve long walks and steep stairways - this is because some of the shorter/alternate routes are cut-off due to the renovation. I do want to stress that the staff do their best to make your stay as pleasurable as possible but this should be promoted on the site and app rather than arriving at a world-class hotel and having this nasty little surprise.
