LikedThe staff was the best part to be honest, they were so incredible and helped us with everything! The property was beautiful and our view was amazing!
DislikedEverything was perfect but there were a few bugs I found in the room but on an island, I’m sure it’s hard to keep those out lol

LikedClub level services were excellent,as were the pool. Restaurant on property were all very good. Staffing top notch.
DislikedBiggest disappointment was the level of noise and disruption in mornings. This varied by very young children next door, including a surprising number in one room. Our TV consistently had poor service. Also, adult pool was not as expected- significant number of children each day. Including very young children in diapers and becoming ill .
LikedI’m fond of fine dining but for a little fella from Tennessee I would have loved some bacon/ham, home fried potatoes and eggs. Maybe just a hash of some kind. And the menu, which was delicious, was limited. I love a good tuna sandwich, you provide one, but that’s more my cold cut for lunch rather than my breakfast to get started with.
DislikedOnly things that you couldn’t have done anything about. But I will say that on our stay one of the employees walked by and asked about our day. When hearing about how sunburned we had gotten and wished for aloe a fresh cut cup came delivered while we were away. That’s not a compliment or a complaint. That’s above all expectation.
LikedAll of the meals where good, but the pricing for food was a little over the top. But over all it was a very nice stay.
DislikedThe atmosphere, with the calmness of the beach, the landscape of the property, other than the walking . It’s a very nice place to visit
LikedVery friendly staff, good food and drinks. The pool and views were amazing and the rooms were nice.
DislikedLocation was far from other restaurants and shopping. The beach wasn’t that nice compared to other Caribbean islands as water was not that clear and other seaweed debris. No access to purchase snacks or other convenience items on property.
LikedThe resort was nice. Rooms were clean. Most of the workers were friendly.
DislikedHad to change rooms three times to get the room we expected from booking. Didn’t like the fact that you can’t use an upgrade when going through booking.com
