Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead

LikedI liked the property and the location. Looked posh and elegant. The staff was very helpful. There was a slight glitch in my room and they quickly compensated me with a waiver of some bills from the room. I did not ask for that but that felt great and also they fixed the issue. The bar/restaurant is closed at 10pm and that was a turn off. I hope they keep it open till late. Facilities were great. The staff helped me with my transportation as well for my onward journey to Tennessee. They had a small but a beautiful garden which made our photos look good :)

LikedThe breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly, exceptionally professional and helpful. Not most of them but every single one we came across from the time we stepped out of our vehicle to the time we stepped back into it did an excellent job.

DislikedExtremely Dirty Windows looking out into the city. Forgot to tell the staff at the front desk. Don't think a bottle of what tasted like deer brand water in the room should be $8.00 at those room rates. Don't think there was anything you can watch on the room tv if you don't have any streaming accounts.
