Likedvalet and shuttle service was excellent. We were offered shuttle to our dinner. The valet offered to charge my electric overnight.
Dislikedthere was construction on the bottom floor which made it messy and hot
LikedThe vibe was exactly what I was looking for, and the location was perfect! My friends were staying at more expensive properties nearby loved the afternoon cookies :) I had a good experience as a solo traveler!
LikedAccommodating top notch staff. Group Therapy was a wonderful dining experience for our Valentine's Day. The art and decor made it a whole new experience.
LikedIt felt like home. Loved the coffee stations and tea stations. Loved the pool!
LikedLoved the interior design and showers. The shuttle they have to take you within three miles of the hotel is wonderful too. They have an air filter in the rooms that you can choose to turn on. It’s a pleasant sound and feature.
LikedStaff friendliness, location and spacious rooms (2 king beds-rare!).
LikedExcellent staff (especially the very friendly valet boys). Nice to have the shuttles which were key to our ACL weekend. Big rooms and very comfortable beds and nice linens. Cool vibe.
DislikedPlease please change the bathroom lighting—it is awful! Also our room faced into another wing of rooms and so had very little light and no view.
LikedExcellent staff! Excellent amenities. I can't wait to stay here again!
