LikedEverything. It’s the Four Seasons. Everything was perfect. You pay a high price but you get what you pay for and then some. Totally worth it.

LikedThis is one great property. It is very well located in the midst of Back Bay Boston. It is close to most sites. But what really stands out about the property is the staff. I’m a pretty hard grader, but this staff is extraordinary. Everyone and I mean, everyone could not have been more pleasant and helpful during our stay.
LikedI was traveling with my dogs and the hotel was exceptional. Provided beds and bowls for them. Most hotels “allow” pets, but this hotel made my dogs feels like guests as well.
LikedThe view was beautiful overlooking the Boston Garden. I did a morning run with Chef Patrice which was lovely.
DislikedThe hotel does not have strong blow dryers for customers. Even the replacement they gave me didn't work. I expect a facility like this to have a high end working blow dryer that is strong, not weak.
LikedUnfortunately, there was a 'false alarm' evacuation notice on our last day (of four). Also, the middle elevator failed one day, refusing to bring any passengers up or down.
DislikedCoffee offered in the lobby-level cafe is truly, deeply, inexcusably awful.
LikedEverything! Beautiful hotel, very nice room, OUTSTANDING WONDERFUL STAFF, we were treated like royals, wow!
