DislikedEveryone raved about the amazing breakfast but... I guess for an included in the price USA hotel breakfast it was ok but for the price and prestige of the hotel I expected better.
LikedAbsolutely stunning! We loved the location, the decor, the staff, the accommodations. We wish we could have stayed longer!

LikedThe breakfast was perfect! It was everything that I needed and more. We loved having access to the bikes. The Inn was welcoming and homey. So much so that I felt comfortable being barefoot. We loved the wine and cheese hour.
DislikedThere were a few times we went looking for a staff member, but they were out of the office. We were able to text with questions, which was great. We understood they were working, so it wasn’t a big problem at all.
LikedFacilities are stunning. Rooms feel very luxurious. Sheets are super soft. Byredo products everywhere, feels very luxe! The house is beautiful. Breakfast 10/10. Staff take care of the property. Pool house constantly replenished. Everything super clean! Nothing out of place.
DislikedNo one there on arrival and staff didn’t explain where anything was, felt a bit rushed and low touch service.
LikedBeautiful period property, with every comfort, so tastefully decorated with luxurious beds, linen, pillows, towels etc. Everything was spotlessly clean and this is clearly a very well run hotel. We loved the bikes, the self serve breakfast and the easy parking. A perfect place to stay to explore Charleston.
DislikedOur room was slightly smaller and darker than I expected - the piazza king. I chose it because of access to the porch but perhaps we’d have chosen another room with the benefit of hindsight. But this is a townhouse property with trees surrounding and shading it, which is also part of the charm.
LikedDecorated beautifully and in keeping with the Charleston vibe. Comfortable beds. Good pool.
