DislikedPool closes too early; got a cabana and didnt get the bag or items that is suppose to come with it; thunder came and we couldnt use the pool for 2 hrs when we rented the cabana for 4; and the air sound is so loud and never stops

LikedWe had a very awesome experience. Tristan, who was at the front desk check us in and was so kind so kind and first class. We also had interaction with Quin who is the valet and Cole who helped with bags and they were remarkable!

LikedDrew and the team at the front desk for wonderful to work with. Kevin at the Concierge desk was very knowledgeable and was able to accommodate our request in a very quick manner. Housekeeping team were great as well. Overall it was a awesome wedding anniversary weekend!
DislikedThere was really nothing that I didn't like. We had stayed at the sister community in Middleburg, VA. The Salamander Resort. They were different but both very nice. Excellent service for us.
“Amazing Hotel for Exploring Charleston”
LikedGreat location along King Street at Marion Square. Tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were stately and updated. We enjoyed breakfast in the lobby restaurant Gabrielle and happy hour drinks at the rooftop bar. Our kids liked the rooftop pool though it is pretty small/shallow.
DislikedThe service at Gabrielle was slow but they apologized for being short-staffed.
