DislikedNoisy street from loud trucks just outside our window but provided with two different white noise machines and ear plugs provided.

DislikedTried to do massages for both of us, but their spa partner could not accommodate two. Not the end of the world by any means. Also wish the connected bar was open more days during our stay.
LikedEverything was exceptional. The concierge service and staff helped plan My wife’s birthday for us and 4 other couples. Their suggestions were spot on and they made sure we got all the reservations we requested. They were responsive and knowledgeable. The hotel is in the perfect location. Walking distance to EVERYTHING but felt as if you were in your own private boutique condo. We recommend The Pinch to anyone wanting to visit the Charleston area and we can’t wait to go back!
