The Crawford Hotel

LikedOh my goodness, the hotel way exceeded my expectations. It is so clean and beautifully decorated. The bed and linens were wonderful. We really enjoyed the rain shower head! Everyone was so nice and so much water! The valets were friendly and just great. Breakfast delivered from Snooze was delicious.

DislikedI don't think there was anything we didn't like. The alarm clock/noise machine in our room was not there. But we didn't need an alarm anyway.

LikedTimothy was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing information and assistance to our room and about the hotel.

DislikedSome of the people in the station/ hotel lobby were smoking marijuana in an area where no smoking is allowed at all.

LikedKatrina at the front desk is an asset to your organization. She fixed everything we threw at her. She made our stay an enjoyable one. Thank you.

DislikedCleaning our room late in the day. We opted out of getting it clean, because we had gotten back from sight seeing and were too tired to wait while they worked, on multiple days.

LikedNice rooms, nice benefits with local restaurants, nice staff, check in drink

DislikedRoom not ready until 1hr after stated 4p check in time

LikedAmazing location, welcoming staff, and upscale room decor.

LikedI loved the convenience of staying Historical The Crawford Hotel.

LikedThe ambience, the staff, and the beautifully decorated room. We liked it all

LikedHotel was beautiful. Staff was exceptional. And the location could not have been beat.

DislikedI personally could not work the in room coffee maker. That minor detail was my only issue while staying here
