LikedOur room was beautiful. The cleaning staff was top notch. They came and cleaned the room 2xs a day. They turned down the bed. The room comes with those basic comforts that was standard before the pandemic but now hotels don't provide. Ex: toothbrush and toothpaste, q-tips, shower caps, shaving kit, bath beads, exfoliating pad. The resort itself was just beautiful. The interior is just picture perfect. If you didn't want you didn't have to leave the resort. Everything was there, fine dinning, casual dinning, entertainment and casino. I would definitely stay again. I highly recommend. We stayed at the Crockford but their are three hotels that make up the resort: Hilton, Concord and Crockford.

LikedThe room was clean , with incredible strip and Mountain Views , and we enjoyed the restaurants and lounges - we absolutely adore eight cigar bar .

DislikedEverything was perfect - the room was missing a hair dryer but i didn’t wind up needing it .

LikedLocated just 10 minutes from the central strip, which we prefer as it is nice and quiet at night. Room was much more spacious and comfortable than expected. Good wifi and room service. Helpful staff. If you're looking for good value and a bit less chaos, this is a highly recommended option.

DislikedIs co-located with three other properties which made Uber pick ups and drop offs a bit tricky, but the bell staff were helpful and we quickly figured it out.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service that set the tone for the entire experience. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that every need was met promptly. The apartment was absolutely stunning, with a luxurious design and state-of-the-art amenities. It was spacious, beautifully furnished, and impeccably clean. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as high-end toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen. I loved the whole experience and can’t wait to return!
