LikedGreat hotel! The rooms are big and clean Pool is amazing and you can access to the Venetian pools as well! I normally stay here because of sphere events and is always my first choice when going to Vegas

LikedGreat location! Many choices of restaurants & close by other Hotels & casinos.

DislikedWe had a luxury suite; the light fixtures could be updated to provide charging near the nightstands; the lighting would be better if they could be dimmed. We noticed the cloth headboard was dusty & wasn’t vacuumed! Our towels were abundant but one day no face towels were given.

LikedAmazing spacious suites, Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was clean and beds were very comfy.

DislikedPool was cold so it wasn't really nice to hang in it. Prices at the pool were a bit on the higher end imo.

DislikedOur rooms had a sewage-like smell upon entering. I bought room freshener and it helped but i did have to use it whenever we were out for most of the day. Maybe it was just a matter of the room not having great air circulation or a filter needing to be changed.

LikedThe room is big, the sphere view is perfect, the room is very clean and the service is perfect. Privacy is very good too. Quite very suitable for families.

LikedIts high end with room very huge for a family. I like the classic italian designs and artistry. Hotel is very accessible and connected to some neighboring hotels.

LikedGood location. Easy access to Sphere and other properties. Lots of restaurants and slots from which to choose.

DislikedCharges not transparent or clear. Tried to charge for early check-in by giving out a room key and calling when room available!

LikedThe resort/rooms were exceptional. Very helpful and friendly straff!

DislikedThe pillows on the bed could have been better.
