LikedThe room felt like a home in beverly hills, like it was our own private property, the staff was amazing at all times, very supportive and worried about us. I had tooth pain for one night and gave them a call and they sent medicine to my room free of charge along with some ice bucket. Everything was clean, super comfy bed and pillows, amazing bathroom, it is that one hotel you feel like a superstar. Strongly recommend the visit, pool area, spa, the restaurants on site, everything was perfect! Thank you so much guys for a memorable stay!

LikedI had an absolutely outstanding experience at The Beverly Hills Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional in every way. The entire team throughout the hotel made us feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and appreciated. A special thank you to Frank and Pierre at the front desk, who were incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, including assisting with wonderful room upgrades that made the experience even more memorable. Everything about the hotel was fantastic; the rooms, the Polo Lounge, the pool, the atmosphere, and above all, the people. The level of hospitality is truly world-class. I honestly do not have enough words to describe how amazing the team is. For me The Beverly Hills Hotel is one of the most special hotels in the world, and this stay reminded us exactly why. Thank you to everyone for making our visit unforgettable. We cannot wait to return in a few weeks...thanks again!!!.

LikedWhat a treat! The best hotel experience ever. The staff are amazing, attentive without being intrusive and so helpful. The room was fabulous, we really appreciate old style traditional luxury and this hotel delivers it 100%. We are in all three of the restaurants and could not fault the food or the service. The added bonus was the delightfully festive way it’s all been decorated for the holidays. We were celebrating a big anniversary and were thrilled to receive a complimentary bottle of champagne in the room along with some other treats but more importantly a lovely personalised card congratulating us and thanking us for choosing the hotel. Thank you!!

DislikedWe did have to change rooms as they have some building works going on and it was very noisy. However this was all taken care of with the minimum fuss and didn’t spoil our stay at all.

LikedMy stay at the Beverly Hills hotel was EXCEPTIONAL! I enjoyed every minute of my stay from the minute I arrived to the moment I headed back for the airport to head home. Every employee at the hotel was kind and helpful. Every meal I had from the Polo Lounge to my lunches by the pool were served to perfection. I can't wait to go back!

LikedWe had the most fabulous stay for our honeymoon. The staff, particularly Maria at the front desk, were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was beautiful and the staff at the pool were wonderfully attentive. Our perfect stay was capped off with the lovely Jeremy at the Polo Lounge - excellent as always!
