LikedI loved the ambiance, cleanliness, and polite staff. Loved Maya in the Jewelry store and Cast and Plow was great. Christine was also so sweet and knowledgeable about what the hotel offered.

“World-class experience”
LikedTruly world-class hospitality. Every aspect of our stay was handled with care and professionalism. The hotel offers the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and convenience. From the impeccable service to the attention to detail throughout the property, it was clear that guest experience is a top priority. We left impressed and would gladly return on our next visit to Los Angeles.

“Comfortable stay with marina view”
LikedBeautiful property, wonderful staff. Room was perfectly appointed with sliding door to open up to marina view.
DislikedWas expecting a nicer bathroom in the room. I had to fill the bathtub with the showerhead which was not a very ritzy experience. Maybe the button/switch for bath faucet is stuck in room 310.
