LikedThe Guest Service Attendants were the highlight of our trip, Larry and his crew made sure we were always happy!

LikedBeautiful, clean, friendly staff, pool works till 10pm, good breakfast, property has a lot of plants and sculptures. The room has a comfortable bed, very soft slippers, and in our bathroom we even had salt for the bath.

DislikedOnly valet parking if you want to park at the property. But I like that there was also parking available on the road outside. Spa zone open only till 5pm, you can order room service only till 8.30pm.

Likedfood was good, liked pool, relaxing atmosphere, would have liked bar open later to hang with family and friends who traveled for wedding

Dislikedon check in lady who checked us in, at front desk with an horrible condescending attitude, everyone else great, room wasn’t ready because stained carpet but did get cleaned just damp for awhile, perhaps no carpet in room would make easier to clean up, dirty sheet when pulled back covers at night an maid who came to change actually asked if we wanted only that top sheet changed ,unbelievable.

DislikedThe grab and go coffee had huge line with no food left at 10am. Free coffee and a water station in lobby would be nice for the piece of the hotels The man (?dan) at check in was wonderful. On check out there was a huge line and untrained staff to assist with questions. We stayed in 67. The small mirror was falling off wall. The shampoo bottle on wall was empty thru the stay. The floor of shower was extremely slippery. The studio design means you have to have all the blinds closed all the time or one sees you coming out of shower and getting dressed and even sleeping. Would love a design you can still have blinds opens during one’s stay. The animal throw rug was curling up and was a tripping hazard.

LikedLoved our Garden Shower Room! Everything on the property and in the rooms was super well maintained and just had a really high quality feel. We had brunch at Layla and loved it, too.

LikedThe staff was very welcoming and hospitable. Any request was attempted to be met or met with speed. It was really a pleasant stay.
