LikedLocation was very convenient. Concierge was very friendly and quick to respond to requests. Amenities and turn down service was very enjoyable.
DislikedIt was strange and a bit unsettling to have an employee randomly knock and check our mini bar just minutes after we entered our room without giving a reason why.

LikedBeautiful property, amazing location, wonderful attentive staff. Pool service was fantastic. Staff at Chandelier bar professional and on point. Spa one of the best I've experienced particularly the eucalyptus cold mist! Highly recommend.
DislikedEverything great. The one isue we had wth the thermostat in our room was immediately dealt with by management with great follow up to insure we were satisfied.

LikedOne of the better city Four Seasons that I have been. Outdoor pool/deck area was amazing for anybody traveling with their kids. Staff was very helpful and the room service was amazing. Perfect location on Canal street, walking distance to all the things but not in the middle of it if you want to take your distance
