LikedWords don't do enough to describe Faena! This was one of the best hotel stays I've ever had! The phenomenal staff, the exceptional food, the magical sanctuary of the spa, the perfect location - all work together for an unforgettable experience. Highly, highly recommend and eagerly look forward to our next stay.

LikedAbsolutely everything is outstanding! The most incredible staff and facilities. Gym was incredible, food , service, friendly smile. This place is perfection in every way. I’ve stayed at the Plaza in NYC and it has absolutely nothing on Faena! The best part has to be the people. Nothing was too much trouble. They even put a large fridge in my room with no questions asked. Highly recommended!
LikedSolid dining experience, food was exquisite, good vibes with the live entertainment while dining with continued experience upstairs with amazing afterparty atmosphere. Staff was amazing - helpful and very pleasant.
DislikedThe only thing I didn't love was that I couldn't keep my room windows open without folks seeing in; next time we'll have to stay higher than 4th floor. That said, room was amazing, we didn't want to leave the next day.
LikedEverything was incredible the only issue I had was service could be a bit slow, for example there were several staff nearby but I had to ask multiple times and wait to checkout. My suggestion is only stay here if it's really for pleasure, if you're in a rush you may get frustrated.

LikedRemarkable! So much style! Very clean, great design, great room. The staff is so kind and welcoming. Marcus, Karim. Raul from the front door make you feel at home! Don from the restaurant is such a great man! Everyone in this hotel is so nice and kind. I will come back again and again !
LikedRoom is very nice, bed super comfy and huge shower. Service is great! Spa very nice for NY. Breakfast and Dinner are amazing.
LikedSuper Lage, direkt an der Highline in unmittelbarer Nähe von sehr guten und angesagten Restaurants und Bars. Der Service und die Qualität der gesamten Belegschaft, angefangen vom "Doorman" bis hin zum Housekeeping ist außergewöhnlich und überdurchschnittlich gut. Herausragendes Concierge-Team, die nicht nur beraten sondern auch direkt die angesagtesten Restaurants für uns gebucht haben. Tolle Bar mit super Cocktails und auch das Essen war perfekt.
