LikedProfessionalism, spot-on service and graciousness of staff (particularly Matthew: front desk reception and Joy A: guest relations manager). My wife and I received warm greeting upon arrival (Matthew) and our upgraded room (thanks Joy) was perfectly appointed and the view: magnificent. Enjoyed Nobeluz and Zaytinya (breakfast and dinner).

LikedZentrale Lage, Personal stets zuvorkommend, professionell und freundlich. Der Ausblick aus unserem Zimmer war ein Traum. Alles in allem können wir dieses Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen!

Likedさすがリッツのスタッフさん皆様素晴らしいし、 ロケーションもホテルも文句なしでした！ トップルーフバーの夜景も綺麗で 朝食もめちゃくちゃ美味しかった！

LikedWonderful hotel with excellent views of the city from the King High Floor suite. Very modern and new. Amazing service and definitely leagues ahead of the Ritz Central Park. Rooftop bar is exceptional with incredible views.
