LikedFriendly staff, convenient location, and the breakfast, complimentary drinks, and snacks were a nice touch!
DislikedThere was a skylight directly above the bed that let in a bright white light in the early morning, which disturbed my sleep.
LikedThe pool is among the most picture perfect and elegant in Palm Springs. The rooms are comfortable and well designed, though a bit darker in their vibe and styling. The grounds and welcome lounge are very elegant and appealing.
DislikedThe check in process is a bit off-putting with very specific warnings about early check in and extra fees. These feel unnecessary for a property with a luxury focus, and an uninviting way to initiate contact with new guests.
LikedSuch a warm and gracious staff. We had a really lovely time and the grounds were beautiful. Staff was helpful and welcoming.
LikedI loved the location to ride the complementary bikes through the neighborhoods and look at the beautiful homes Close enough to downtown to ride bikes as well I loved that we could bring our dog, the staff also waved the pet fee for us, maybe because it was our anniversary or because our dog is only six pounds and mellow, but that was really awesome I loved our room with the kitchenette! I’m picky about food and love to bring my own places Music through out the property was nice and calm and a low volume Pool and jacuzzi were very nice
DislikedMy one complaint is our bed and pillows were too soft for me, but that is a personal preference
LikedThe staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby is well decorated and they have a thoughtful display of items you can buy. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was a generous with a lot of lounge chairs so we never had to worry about getting a chair. Location is also perfect. It was so quiet and restful. Plus, they brought breakfast every morning in a little straw basket which I thought was absolutely adorable.
DislikedNo tv in the room. Not the biggest deal in the world because we had a laptop but it would have been nice to have one to watch as we fell asleep at night or while we were resting in the room. Also, room was kind of dark without keeping the shades open. Bathroom could use some ventilation.
LikedJust as described / pictured. Quiet. Location is set off the main road. Great rooms. Comfortable beds. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Team is super warm and helpful.

DislikedThe shower pressure was pretty low which resulted in a very long shower. No complaints there lol…but better water pressure would have been much more enjoyable. Oh and the bikes were cute but resulted in a very long walk back to the hotel (8 min bike turned into an hour walk) because the chain decided to pop off while we were riding around town. It was really sucky. Other than that, great hotel!
