LikedThe staff was amazing! Every single person we interacted with from the second we got out of the car until we left went above and beyond! The grounds are beautiful. The views are incredible. The location is out of the hectic tourist spots so it’s very relaxing but also close enough to see everything in Santa Barbara. The room was spotless.

DislikedThe rooms are outdated and tired. They could definitely use a refresh. But bed was comfortable and it was very clean.

LikedBeautiful, well maintained grounds with lush landscaping and winding paths. Spacious, comfortable, and luxurious room. Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent food and outdoor dining area with city and ocean views.

LikedThe staff were amazing. John on valet, the 2 girls at the front desk, james at Concierge. The view is gorgeous, and the gardens are lush. Quiet and peaceful.

DislikedToilet paper is not of great quality. Roms couldod with an update. ie throws

LikedThis was a tranquil facility away from the hustle and bustle of State and Cabrillo. And with the complimentary shuttle service nothing was inaccessible. The property was green and lush; the quarters immaculate and the Staff phenomenal.

LikedIt was a very charming property and really beautifully landscaped Shout outs to the Nolan the valet - who really made the stay so pleasant, as well as Eric at the front desk , the housekeeping, wait staff at the restaurant.

DislikedSome of the staff at the front desk were not as helpful in regards to suggestions of where to go or what to do in the area - we got more info from the valet then the front desk staff. But everyone was very friendly.

LikedThe grounds were beautiful with a very lush landscape. The room was spacious with a great bathtub and shower combination. The service at the restaurant was wonderful, attentive but relaxed! The food was incredible. The view and vibe was elegant and refined, yet very relaxed! Loved it.

LikedThe hotel is absolutely stunning. The staff is amazing, the do two cleaning a day which is really impressive. I love this hotel and will come back again and again. They made our honey moon so special!

DislikedThey need better blow dryers in the room. When I called they said that’s the only ones they have sadly. I couldn’t blow dry my hair and had to go to the gym locker room to do so!
