LikedEverything! This is a beautiful hotel. The front staff are the best and always greet you upon entering and leaving. The restaurant provides generous portions and quality food. The restaurant staff were amazing as well.

DislikedNothing I didn’t like, however, I would not suggest this hotel if you were looking for a hotel that is walkable to restaurants and activities. There is the onsite restaurant and another next door, but a rental car is a must if you want to get out and sightsee. There are plenty of restaurants within a few miles of the hotel.

LikedCustomer service.. reception, restaurant, pool, cleaning staff all very courteous. Linda at the reception was exceptional!!

DislikedAs the area develops, there would be more places to walk around..now there is not much activity.

LikedBest customer service I'd had at any hotel in a long time, if ever. A gentleman there, I'm assuming was the manager, took care of us and was such a pleasure to interact with. I didn't get his name, but he made our experience the best it could be.

DislikedWe didn’t like that it was advertised like it was literally next to the mountain. We thought we were going to be tucked up in the hills. That was very disappointing since it was our 30th wedding anniversary. We also didn’t like the slow, inconsistent internet.
