“Great and affordable place to stay in a good location.”
LikedThe location is great, clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower, friendly and accommodating staff.
DislikedThe water in the toilet kept running, so it wastes water and makes a sound. I had to keep fiddling with the water tank to make it stop. A staff member came to “fix” it once but after he left, the issue continued. Also, the restaurants/cafe associated with the hotel are closed the whole time I was staying at the hotel.

DislikedThe roof top security staff are unprofessional and reflect poorly on the Eaton. They should have them out of sight or upstairs.

LikedThe staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was great. Security staff were always visible and close by. The location was super convenient for food, walking, or taking transportation to get anywhere in the city.
DislikedThere was a glitch in getting the rewards program. Staff tried to help, but they couldn't make it work either.
LikedI loved the comfy beds, the turntables in the rooms, the comfortable showers. Very nice cafe for breakfast next door.
DislikedI was disappointed in the lack of room service and the fact that the bar/restaurant was closed to the public one evening. Not a lot of choices for dinner.

LikedAMENITIES and LOCATION!!! You’re central to everything and have access to one of the top speakeasy’s and rooftop lounges in DC. You can party and safely return to your room!
LikedNice and comfortable design with thoughtful small touches, good shower, nice bath products. Located near several metro stops. Red light sauna at the spa was nice.
LikedStaff was friendly and helpful. The valet guy was awesome. Check in was very nice.
