LikedRooms are spacious, well appointed and equipped with c/usb outlets on either side of the bed, plus plugs which accept practically all international plug types which is really convenient!! The showers are exceptional with great water pressure! Breakfast is really good and the staff very helpful and accomodating! The spa has an incredible stainless steel hot tub made to order which is well worth a visit!!

DislikedWe liked everything. The only very small point is that I am diabetic and there was not much option for people like me to choose at breakfast. But I managed, and enjoyed tbe stay greatly.

LikedWe were in BA on a cruise. Fancied a night of luxury and a meal. Booked a junior suite but was very kindly upgraded. Very comfortable bed. Ignore the comments about scruffy rooms. This hotel is a real beauty from a previous age. I loved it. The Breakfast is superb. The pastries are delicious. The grill restaurant is nice and you don't need to leave the hotel. All staff we encountered were friendly and professional.
DislikedThe indoor rooftop pool is a bit underwhelming.
