LikedHotel was in the center of everything, close to marina and great restaurants and shopping. It was an easy walk to the town, etc and perfect for a visit to Cairns!

LikedLovely staff, valet parking, beautiful large, clean rooms and the Casino with live entertainment and dining options downstairs. The location is fantastic within walking distance to the Marina and everything you need.

LikedI loved the location and the views out my patio, window. The room was ample size and comfort. It was also a great location within the hotel for access to all the other amenities. The concierge service was one of the best informed on our trip through Australia. They really cared to customize our experience to our likes!

DislikedI thought the casino staff (entry in the gift shop) was less than welcoming. No personality. Since I'm not a gambler, I wasn't familiar with how all the coupons that we were given worked. Therefore, noone really encouraged me to use them or showed me that it was "easy" so they went unused.

LikedThe room decor was lovely as was its condition. Although I didnt like the small twin beds, the rest of the room was really nice. I especially liked the separate toilet for a change!

LikedHad a corner room on the top floor overlooking the marina. Fantastic view. My 3 year old boys first hotel experience, and he loved it. Pool was great for him, very central location. Only a short walk to a lot of places.
