“A little pricey but an amazing experience!”
LikedThe location was prefect, the hotel room was incredible. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The bathtub was amazing, shower was ok. The king size bed with memory foam pillow was perfect, like sleeping on a cloud.
DislikedThe only downsides were that was no microwave to re-heat leftovers and when the maid cleaned, they would move stuff from where I had it so it took me a minute to find. Also the breakfast was good but WAY to expensive $120 for just me...

LikedMy room with a view was perfect. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom amenities were great. The location was perfect for all the things I wanted to do in Melbourne, so central to just popping back every now and then if I wanted to drop back with shopping etc. The Buffet Breakfast was magnificent.
DislikedUnfortunately the Spa Pool was out of action, under maintenance... I was looking forward to a nice rejuvenating relax in there, so I did some laps in the swimming pool instead.
LikedReally comfortable beds, great service and the pool/spa area is fabulous. Great location too, walkable to food hall, bookstore, games arena for teens, Arts Centre an Hamer Hall.

Likedroom with balcony was tWe had a really lovely stay! We upgraded to a room with a balcony, and the view of the city was absolutely beautiful. We also really enjoyed the pool and spa area, which made our stay even more relaxing. The location of the hotel is perfect — you’re right in the city and close to everything, but at the same time it’s peaceful and you don’t have to deal with all the city noise. The room was very comfortable and overall we had a great experience. Would definitely recommend!he best
DislikedThe only downside was that, since we visited during Melbourne’s winter, the weather was quite cold, so unfortunately we couldn’t make the most of the outdoor areas and sauna facilities. But of course, that was simply due to the weather and not the hotel itself.
