LikedWhat a wonderful place to stay. The staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough for you. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and it was just the best place.
LikedComfortable hotel with lovely staff. Good breakfast and we enjoyed a lovely dinner in the restaurant. Location is fantastic - just away from the hubbub but still close to get to everything. Trams across the road and walking distance to many things.
LikedSimply excellent. Service was exceptional. Location suited our purpose. Central yet quiet.
LikedBeautiful hotel with a lot of attention to detail and great care by staff
LikedLocation, the building, the decor, the upkeep, staff and service, peace & quiet, gym, breakfast. Great value for money.
DislikedThis is pedantic but only thing I can comment - pillows were too thick and there wasn’t a selection of densities.
LikedGreat location , beautiful views of Melbourne from our room and great facilities
