LikedLoved the Motley! We came for the NFL Game and walked to and from the stadium. We took the tram a lot to get to downtown and that was so easy and so nice as the stops are right out front! Although we were disappointed the rooftop bar was not open at all - the Staff made up for it! Every person was SO NICE and helpful. The hotel and restaurant were clean, smelled good and it was in a super convient spot! We will be back!

LikedA good location, lots of cute shops nearby. There is also a mini shopping center nearby with a Coles grocery store, cafes, and good places to eat. The hotel cafe was also tasty. Good proximity to the trams. The hotel was very clean, had a tea kettle and Nespresso coffee machine (with pods and related needs). Also a nice size mini fridge. The beds were very comfortable and the room was up to date.

LikedAfter our stay, we asked the hotel staff if we could leave our bags in their care for later collection. When we arrived home, we noticed around $90 worth of items were missing. I’d like to sincerely thank the team for taking the matter seriously and thoroughly reviewing the CCTV footage. It was reassuring to see the care and professionalism shown during the follow-up, and I appreciate the time taken to investigate properly. While it appears the items were not taken at the hotel, and I may have misplaced them elsewhere, I’m grateful for the staff’s prompt, transparent, and diligent response.
