LikedEverything about this hotel is exceptional. Attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was of the highest standard. I think my abiding memory of this Hotel will always be of the wonderful, caring staff. They couldn’t do enough for me.

LikedExcellent, lovely and modern facilities - great indoor pool with stunning city views. The staff were amazing, very accommodating and even kindly let us check in early morning upon arrival. Can’t say enough good things, this was a fantastic experience.
LikedFrom the moment we stepped out of the taxi onto the driveway outside the building, we were treated so professionally, were shown how to find reception and given all the information we needed to find our stunningly beautiful room. This is a very impressive hotel at the upper end of the budget, but exceptional value for money.

LikedThe staff recognised us and greeted us by name. They remembered what we ordered the day before. Everyone greeted us from the front door through to the lobby and all the facilities. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy and felt welcome. The room was luxurious, comfortable and went beyond what I expected. The pool, the views, the bar and restaurant were all wonderful.
DislikedI hadn't realised there was a hot tub, sauna and steam room. They were located in the ladies' facilities. I liked that they were segregated but would have been good to highlight it a little better.
LikedI had an amazing experience dining at Atria for dinner – the food was absolutely delicious, and the views were simply breathtaking! Our room was incredibly spacious, with stunning views, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel's location was fantastic. The gym was really clean, and equipped with high-quality equipment. The pools were equally impressive, offering amazing views. Finally, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, which added to the overall wonderful experience.
DislikedThe only aspect I didn’t enjoy as much was having to take one lift to the lobby and then another to reach our room, which felt a bit inconvenient.
