Rosewood Vienna

LikedEverything was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located in the heart of Vienna. What made our stay truly special, however, was the outstanding hospitality. We were kindly upgraded to a better room at no additional charge, which was a wonderful surprise. The team made my entire family feel genuinely welcomed and valued, with thoughtful touches such as snacks, coffee, and special arrangements for both the adults and the children. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. These personal touches made the experience memorable and showed us the true meaning of Rosewood hospitality. We would definitely love to return.

DislikedHonestly, nothing. Our experience was excellent from beginning to end, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.

LikedLocation, elegant, impeccable service, restaurant with terrace seating, rooftop bar with view, gym with with view

LikedThe Rosewood is an impressive and beautifully executed hotel. The room was elegant and thoughtfully designed, the bed was by far the most comfortable I slept in during my entire 21-day Europe trip, and the bathroom was spacious and luxurious. The location is exceptional — perfectly central and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and major sights, which made exploring the city effortless. What truly sets the property apart, however, is the service. The attention to detail and level of care from the staff were outstanding. The concierge team, in particular, was exceptional — incredibly professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful throughout my three-day stay. Their support made a real difference and elevated the entire experience.

DislikedThere is very little to fault in terms of quality or service. The only consideration is value. At approximately $900 per night, this is clearly a luxury splurge. While the experience, comfort, and service are excellent, it is a price point best suited for travelers who are comfortable spending at that level consistently.

Liked- impeccable service from bell room to housekeeping - spacious room and perfect noise proofing - large bathroom - well equipped, and loved the heated floor - perfect location right in the middle of action - quality of breakfast - cleanliness of the property

Disliked- defined on the pricy side of the 5 stars, but honestly given the quality of the staff and property, it’s “relatively” affordable
