LikedThe beach is beautiful, with soft sand and clear water. The lush greenery and tropical landscaping create a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The natural surroundings of the property are truly impressive.
DislikedOur stay at Rosewood Baha Mar did not justify the exceptionally high price. Before arrival, I contacted the concierge to arrange a birthday cake for my husband and clearly stated the correct date in writing. Despite this, the cake was delivered one day early. When I politely asked to arrange even a small dessert on the actual birthday (at my expense), I was told it was impossible due to a 24-hour policy — although the date had been communicated in advance. More concerning was that my Brunello Cucinelli trousers were damaged by the hotel’s laundry service and returned discolored and covered in pilling. I immediately provided photos and filed a formal complaint. The handling of the claim was slow, unclear, and left unresolved during our stay, with delayed responses and no proper claim reference provided. At this price level, guests expect precision, accountability, and efficient resolution of issues. Unfortunately, the service fell significantly short of luxury standards.
