LikedTasteful and beautiful decor, gorgeous architecture and style. Excellent food at all the dining options. Very friendly and helpful staff. The beach through Old Fort Bay Club is the most beautiful on the island.
DislikedVery expensive just for water and sun screen
LikedThe Island House was definitely what I needed for rest and relaxation. The staff is amazing!!! So friendly. Shout out to Shay, Miriam, Cash, Kent, Michael, Jarvis, and everyone else. The food was great...breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks...EVERYTHING.

LikedQuiet location away from the hustle and bustle of town and cruise ship tourists, large, comfortable and modern room, wonderful food choices, attentive staff, easy access to beautiful private beach club.
DislikedPricy but worth every penny
LikedBeautiful place offering refuge in the middle of the Bahamas' most densely populated island. We appreciated the hotel's amenities and the staff was exceptionally polite and responsive. We will be returning!
DislikedIt was a bit restrictive in terms of food options. There are 3 good restaurants on the property but lots of items were unavailable during the days of our stay. Getting to other restaurants was difficult if one does not have a car at their disposal + traffic was unexpectedly busy.

LikedI LOVED THE LOCATION, THE STAFF IS EXCEPTIONAL .THE STAFF MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE IT IS MONEY WELL SPENT. THE HOTEL ITSELF IS GORGEOUS .THE VIBE OF THE HOTEL MAKES YOU FEEL THAT YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN PRIVATE ISLAND. THE ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS AND WELL DECORATED.
DislikedTHE BIGGEST WISH IBHAVE FOR THE ISLAND HOUSE, IS I WISH IT WAS BEACHFRONT, WHERE YOU COULD WALK RIGHT TO THE BEACH. THERE ARE NOT MANY THINGS I DIDN'T LIKE..I THINK I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST SOME THINGS THAT WOULD MAKE THE ISLAND HOUSE ABSOLUTELY. PERFECT FIRST OF ALL THE DINING OPTIONS, AT THE HOTEL IS VERY LIMITED. I THINK IT WOULD BE GREAT IDEA TO BRING IN A FOOD TRUCK WEEKLY SHOWCASING LOCAL CUISINE . THEY COULD ALSO HAVE A ROTATING MENU EVERY OTHER DAY AT THE CAFE THAT WOULD GIVE MORE VAST OPTIONS TO HOTEL GUESTS. THE HOTEL LACKED ENTERTAINMENT OR EVENTS.THEY SHOULD CONSIDER MORE LIVE ENTERTAINMENT ESPECIALLY ON SATURDAYS, EVEN A POOLSIDE BBQ WOULD BE GREAT. SIP AND PAINT, AND OR A COCKTAIL AND BITES MIXER CLASS WOULD ALSO BE GREAT. THESE ARE JUST IDEAS. HOWEVER I HOPE THEY WILL BE CONSIDERED. I WILL VISIT THE ISLAND HOUSE SOON.
